Are You Pet Friendly?
We love pets and welcome dogs that are at least 2 years old and weigh no more than 25 lbs. Cats are also welcome, provided they are domestic breeds, at least 2 years old, and have been fixed.
We do have a non-refundable pet fee of $500 and a limit of two pets per apartment, with a combined weight limit of 45 lbs. Additionally, it's important that all pets are up to date on their shots to ensure a healthy environment for everyone.
